The Assas Legal Innovation Journal is an English and French language student law review at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. The journal aims to enhance the commercial awareness of students, academics, and practitioners in the legal field by examining recent developments and addressing their global challenges.
For this first edition, we invited submissions from students across different universities and disciplines in France and the United Kingdom, reflecting our commitment to a bilingual law review. This first edition contains nine articles covering three main themes of global legal issues: Intellectual Property Law, Banking and Finance Law, and New Legal Tools.
It is important to recognise the constant evolution of the law alongside business trends, as the law influences our present society and guides our future. Therefore, it is our aim to continue to learn and analyse legal developments, while offering our unique insights into these emerging issues.
To our supporters and diligent readers, we hope that this journal will enhance your knowledge and give you a better understanding of the issues covered. Below is a PDF version of the first edition of the journal, published under the sponsorship of Baker McKenzie, as well as the individual articles available for you to read.
